Kelsie's Baby Shower Cake

I was asked to make a cake for my friend Kelsie's Baby Shower. It was supposed to be light pink but I added a bit too much food coloring! Oops! Oh well it still turned out pretty good I think.

Toy Story Cake

My daughter loves Toy Story 3 so for her birthday she requested a Toy Story cake . This is one of my favorite cakes I have made so far!

Cowgirl Jessie's Hat Cookie

My daughter is obsessed with Jessie from Toy Story so for her class treat for her birthday I made these little Jessie Hat cookies. I used sugar cookies for the base then I put red fondant on it and then turned a mini cupcake upside down for the hat top and covered it with the fondant as well. Then I used icing to make the stitching around the hat and licorice for the strings.

R2-D2 Cake

My nephew wanted an R2-D2 cake for his 8th birthday party so I got to worked and figured out how to do it. It was a pretty hard cake to make and I was going through a really hard time while I was doing it so I was so relieved that it turned out!
