My daughter is obsessed with Jessie from Toy Story so for her class treat for her birthday I made these little Jessie Hat cookies. I used sugar cookies for the base then I put red fondant on it and then turned a mini cupcake upside down for the hat top and covered it with the fondant as well. Then I used icing to make the stitching around the hat and licorice for the strings.
